It is hard for me to navigate in the menus as I see only part of the menu screen. The game loading screen first shows the whole screen, but after awhile it zooms in too. To me it appears as if the game screen is for some reason zoomed in, showing only part of the screen. In the NVidia control panel I've told it to prefer the higher performance (NVidia) GPU, but I am not sure which one it used with the game (how can you tell which GPU is used in your case?). The laptop has Intel UHD Graphics 630 and NVidia Quadro P600 GPUs.
I tried it quickly on Windows 10, and I seem to have similar issues as you.
